positioned just prior to the throttle body, the pump is high pressure enough to atomize the fluid with-out "the dribbles", and the system is protected against siphoning under vacuum, there's no reason water/meth should ever see the intake or charge piping. I'm not denying the risks are there, but with proper design and maintenance, the systems work very well. I've been daily driving with water injection for nearly 5 years. Harsh Chicago winters, hot/humid track days, grocery store, work commute, my car sees it all.
